1. Accommodation

In which hotel will I stay? When will I know the name of the hotel where I will be staying? Fermer

You will receive all these information by email 48 to 72 hours before the day of the event.

How many hotel nights are included in my participation? Fermer

Your invitation includes your accommodation for the night from 1 to 2 July 2020 (breakfast included).

I come with other company members, will we be staying in the same hotel? Fermer

Our team does their utmost to ensure that members of the same company are in the same hotel, but we can not guarantee it.

I am invited by a partner: will we stay in the same hotel? Fermer

If you are invited by an Insiders by Milipol partner, you will stay in the same hotel as this one.

2. Transport

Do I have to buy my plane and / or train tickets? Fermer

Yes, the initial costs of transport (air and / or rail) are your responsibility. In post event, within one month, refund of air and / or rail transportation costs will be effective up to 235 € TTC A / R per person and this, subject to the actual presence of the guest to the event and its duly completed refund application. More information on the refund procedure available on our public website.

Do you offer a preferential rate on airline / train tickets? Fermer

You can benefit from a preferential rate for booking your plane ticket with our partner Air France. Please note that we do not offer preferential rates for train bookings.

How to apply for reimbursement of my airline tickets? Fermer

Go to your personal area after the event. After completing the satisfaction survey you will be able to access the refund request form and send us the invoices of transport costs (specifying the amounts excl. and incl. VAT) and your proof of payment (proof of payment, boarding card and RIB).

What is the amount of my refund? Fermer

Refund of transportation costs (plane and / or train) will be made by transfer, up to a maximum of 235 euros per person and subject to having met all the conditions of participation.

How to come to Bordeaux / to the Hangar 14 ? Fermer

All information you may need to come to Bordeaux and the trip to the Hangar 14 are available on the event website, Useful info section.

Do I have a shuttle between my hotel and the Hangar 14 ? Fermer

Shuttles will be available from / to the Hangar 14. They will make a stop at each partner hotel. Timetables will be published on the website, Useful info section, and in your personal area.

3. Stay

I wish to arrive before and / or leave after the dates of the event, is it possible? Fermer

You can arrive and / or leave before or after the dates of the event. Outside of these dates, the accommodation and catering costs will be at your expense.

As a reminder, your support by the organization includes one night of hotel on 1st July 2020.
If you wish to benefit from additional nights (at your expense), please contact the visitor team.

4. One-to-One meeting

How to schedule a meeting with a partner? Fermer

Go to your personal space from the 1st November to accept and / or decline the requests received. You will be also able to make requests and solicit the partners of your choice.

I received a request for an off-platform meeting, what should I do? Fermer

Requests made outside your personal area do not comply with the Insiders by Milipol rules and the general conditions of participation. Meetings must be strictly taken via your Insiders by Milipol personal area.

We ask you to refuse this appointment by inviting the partner to make his request via the dedicated platform.

Can I arrange a meeting with one of my colleagues? Fermer

Yes meetings may be organised before or during the event with colleagues. Just invite the person from the dashboard of your personal area in the module "My One-to-One meetings".

How many meetings should I make? Fermer

You must honor a minimum of 5 meetings, in accordance with the general conditions of the event and the rules of participation.

I made several meeting requests but I did not have any answer, what should I do? Fermer

The response time is proportional to the requests received by the partners. The team will contact the partners again so that you can get an answer as soon as possible.

The partner must go through the "accept / decline requests" process just like you did, and that may take time.

Please note that your calendar can be updated until the opening of Insiders by Milipol.

Can I arrange meetings on site? Fermer

Meetings can be organized before or during the event directly from your personal area in the "My One-to-One meetings" section.

5. Personal area

How to connect to my personal area? Fermer

Your personal area will be accessible from November.

I lost my access codes to my personal area, what can I do? Fermer

In your personal area, click on "Forgot your password" in the login box and follow the instructions.

6. Workshops / Plenary

How can I get the workshop / plenary presentations? Fermer

Find all the information on the plenaries in the "Programme" section.

Do I have to register to attend a plenary? Fermer

No, access to the plenary sessions is free upon presentation of your badge to hostesses at the entrance of the rooms.

7. Badges

When will I receive my event access badge? Fermer

Your badge will be given to you as soon as you arrive at the reception by the hostesses.

Do I have to keep my badge throughout the event? Fermer

Yes, the badge is essential for access to the event: workshops, plenary conferences, networking cocktail, lunches. Your badge is your business card, it can identify you and facilitate networking exchanges.

What are the main steps of your participation? Fermer

- You receive an invitation email with your access codes to your personal area

- You confirm your participation and fill in your profile

- You look at workshops and conferences, and schedule your One-to-One meetings.

How to connect to the WIFI during the event? Fermer

A WIFI connection will be available at the Hangar 14, as well as in your hotel.

Is a concierge service available on site? Fermer

A concierge will be at your disposal to answer your requests: practical information, taxi reservations, etc.

Am I invited to the networking cocktail? Fermer

Your invitation to Insiders by Milipol includes your invitation to the networking cocktail on the 1st July in the evening.

Is there a dress code to follow during the event? Fermer

Professional attire is recommended for the duration of the event.

How can I access the photos of the event? Fermer

Photos will be available after the event on your personal area and on social networks, including the official accounts of Insiders by Milipol.
