Refund of transport fees

Comexposium Security, Organiser of Insiders by Milipol, will take in charge guests' air/train transportation fees after the event, under conditions.

Conditions of eligibility for reimbursement

Transport is directly managed by the guest in his personal area. He needs to fill in the information regarding his stay in the section « My stay ».

Warning: only air or train tickets will be reimbursed by the organization up to 235 € TTC return per person, under conditions.

Refund procedure

  • Book your air or train ticket and fill in the information of your stay in your personal area.
  • At the end of the event, you will receive an email to log in to your personal area, answer the satisfaction survey and access the refund form.
  • Fill in the form and add the proofs of transport. Your request will be effective only if it is fully completed and upon presentation of readable proofs of transport.
  • Within one or tho months following your declaration, you will receive your reimbursement.

Please note that no reimbursement request will be processed passed on 2 August 2020.

Refund conditions

  • Have effectively participated in Insiders by Milipol on July 1st and 2nd, 2020 in compliance with the conditions of participation.
  • Have made a minimum of 5 qualified meetings with our partners over the two days.
  • Have read and accepted the terms & conditions and the rules of participation.
  • Reimbursement is reserved for end users and employees. It cannot be applied for spouses, partners or staffs.
  • Only air or train tickets will be refundable.
  • No refunds are made on parking tickets, mileage allowances, taxi / bus / helicopter, Orlyval, RATP... expenses, extra luggage, etc.
  • In case of cancellation of participation of the guest, no refund will be made.
  • All flight changes are the responsibility of the guest.
